@sudecoit That's a really great question! When we provide setup to the client, we setup his knowledge base. However, if the AI receptionist doesn't have the knowledge of pricing then it's default response is " Prices will be available at the sales teams or You can contact our customer service number for pricing details"
The google maps scraping pulled way more accurate results than i expected, and having the ai receptionist already wired in saved me a ton of setup time.
