One thing that would save me a lot of headaches: automatic deck version tracking with timestamps. So when an investor clicks the link in an email from three weeks ago, it still shows the version I intended at that time, not whatever I just uploaded. Right now I worry about updating a deck and accidentally showing an outdated investor an unreleased version.
