piRevenue is the agentic revenue platform where the selling stays human and the busywork disappears. Agents log, chase and forecast so your reps sell. Built for emerging markets.
What inspired us to build this?
We kept watching the same story play out across sales teams in India, the Middle East, and Africa: reps who were genuinely great at selling, buried under CRM data entry they resented. Salesforce's own research says reps spend just 28% of their time actually selling — the rest disappears into logging calls, chasing quiet deals, and rebuilding forecasts by hand. That gap between "hired to sell" and "spends most of the day typing" is what got us started.
What problem are we trying to solve?
Legacy CRMs are filing cabinets — they only work if reps feed them, and reps quietly stop feeding them. So the data goes stale, forecasts become guesswork, and deals go cold because nobody remembered to follow up. We wanted a system where the record is a byproduct of selling, not a chore layered on top of it. Agents capture the deal from the actual conversation, chase the follow-up, and keep the forecast live — while a human still approves every word that goes to a customer.
How did the approach evolve during the build?
The biggest shift was drawing a hard line early: agents do the busywork, but they never close. It would've been easy to let the AI draft-and-send follow-ups autonomously, but every early user we talked to said the same thing - they didn't want to lose ownership of the relationship. So "human-in-the-loop" went from a feature to the whole design philosophy. We also learned fast that this market needed local pricing and currency support from day one, not as an afterthought bolted on later - that reshaped a good chunk of our roadmap.
