Pip is a free baby tracker app with no ads and no account required. Log feedings, diapers, and sleep in two taps, stored right on your device. Optional premium adds cloud sync and partner sharing.

Finally tried this with my second kid and the two-tap logging is genuinely faster than the tracker I used before. Love that it just works offline with no signup.
The two-tap logging actually works the way you'd hope, and I appreciate that nothing leaves my phone unless I turn on sync. Wish more parenting apps skipped the sign-up wall entirely.
Love how simple this is, especially not needing an account. One thing I'd love to see is a quick way to add notes or tags to entries, like marking a feeding as "fussy" or a nap as "in the stroller" so I can spot patterns later without typing full sentences every time.
Love how simple this is and the no account thing is huge for privacy. One thing that would make it perfect for me: a quick logging option from the lock screen or a home screen widget, so I can tap once when I'm half asleep at 3am instead of unlocking and opening the app.
Love that there's no account required and everything stays on-device. One thing I'd really appreciate is a simple export option, like a CSV or PDF of the logs, so I can share the feeding and sleep history with our pediatrician at the six month visit without having to screenshot everything.
No account needed and stored on device is exactly what I want as a new parent. One feature I'd love is exporting the data as a simple CSV so I can share sleep and feeding trends with our pediatrician without giving up the local-only setup.
