@fatkidonfire Hi Wil, thanks for the comment - at the moment it's a mix of bot and human operator. Again, this isn't the long-term vision - we're not going deep into the bot market, there are a lot of smart teams tackling that.
@fatkidonfire@adamfarah Hey Will, we have a long term vision that includes humans & bot interaction with a layer of intelligence that will dictate how certain interactions take place. It's certainly rather exciting.
@amyers Hey Aaron! We've just popped a new page up just for that, check it out and jump on the list: https://allowpip.com/beta/
Thanks for your support!
@amyers Superb! No concrete ETA as yet but I'd love to let you know personally when we move to getting a date in place, so that you can be one of the first, of the first!
Hi PH gang!
Pip are an awesome team we're working with at Ignite - they've a big vision around the future of notifications and how they play a more meaningful part in our lives.
They're starting out with what looks like another addition to the SMS-based concierge services, but there's a lot going on here, and they'll be rolling out new services that accelerate the core product in the near future.
The service is UK-only for now; we're working on opening it up worldwide.
Thanks!
@paulsl4ter Hi Paul - birthdays are only an easy starting point to provide a use case for what comes next - what Pip will be in 12 months won't be what you see now. We're using birthdays because they provide us with a time-sensitive, contextually-relevant event. That's where Pip is heading.
@adamfarah okay cool. Just tried it and realised how hard it is to remember what my wife likes. You'll be reminding her to divorce me in future updates ;) - good luck guys!

would love to see this integrated with Telegram app!!!
@itsdangillespie Hey Daniel, great question - the focus on birthdays is a quick way to let us utilise the tech we're building out and test assumptions around consumer behaviour. We're not actually building a service for birthdays! It's just a useful way of creating value while helping figure out some more interesting challenges.
@neilcocker Thanks Neil! Good question.
At the moment we are very much a concierge service, but we are doing this to test consumer behaviour around notifications and context.
