Highly recommend Pin, we've been using it at Sully.ai and it's been a key asset in scaling our team
Congratulations on the launch Team Pin! As someone whoβs on the hiring side of things at startups, Iβve regularly had hundreds, and sometimes, thousands of applicants to open job roles, and applicants who may look great on paper, e.g. a FAANG/big co background, may not be as good of a fit for us than say someone whoβs been working at smaller companies or freelance. How does Pin account for the needs of the hiring managers as one size doesnβt fit all?
@riklomas The biggest advantage that Pin has is that you can search for a candidate using any criteria you'd like. You're no longer constrained to just searching for keywords, companies, titles, etc. You can do a true search like you'd do with Google, you can drill straight into what you're looking for.
So now because searching for a resume is much more unbounded, more candidates get surfaced by the skills and experiences they've had, not just the names of companies that are top of mind. All in all, I think Pin will actually present more opportunities to candidates and make it easier for companies to talk to the right candidate for the job.
