How does the "vetted market rack" stay current over time, since prices shift pretty often? Is that something you handle, or would I need to update the reference data myself?
@mertbykylmcqev Hey there. Market rate data is fully in control of each user, so you would have to keep it up to date. I recommend doing this by dating your markets, and updating if necessary when you start processing invoices. At pilas.ai/precios we have a market price catalog across various LATAM / US markets, which we update on a weekly basis and can be useful for reference.
How does the "vetted market rack" actually get built and maintained, especially for niche industries where pricing data is sparse?
@mervekatn2mai Market data is built and managed individually by each user. We plan on releasing 'vetted' market data for some markets, but evidently there are many geogrphical / industry niches that can affect prices. Several functions are buiilt in to make it as simple as possible. You can: upload your own vetted invoices, point our AI at a URL with trusted data, or ask our AI to research prices and do it for you. It requires some work to set it up once with reliable market data, but after that it becomes self-maintaining with use.

@ecrinzz3u Market rate data stays current with use, and each user manages it individually. Local users can upload vetted invoices to the market data section to set a trusted baseline. I recommend that you date your markets to track price drift when running new invoices.
Ran a few messy invoices through it and the anomaly flags were spot on, way more specific than the usual accounting tools I've used. Love that it's a one-time license instead of another monthly subscription piling up.

The anomaly detection on my test invoices caught a duplicate vendor entry I had missed for months. The BYOK desktop approach is a nice touch for keeping spend data local.

Ran a few test invoices through it and the anomaly flagging caught a duplicate vendor ID I had missed, which was genuinely useful. The one-time BYOK license model is a nice break from yet another monthly subscription.
