It's rare to find a team so responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in your creative success. Every question I had was met with warmth and clarity, and they went above and beyond to accommodate feedback and support my workflow. You’re not just using a tool you’re joining a community that listens.

What needs improvement

add some more model for video generation on platform.

vs Alternatives

first : exceptional Customer service , they always credit Lumens w/o argue if videos are pixalated or glitch due to some issue specially if you use high lumen model if its messed up in both image and video generation . 2nd: the price i am paying for pro is at best rate (after discount) even the high lumen for image generation doesnot cost more than 12 for one image of great quality and also added video model which are expensive but they need to add more video model

3rd: they are charging monthly pro discounted price and other platform provide that discount to charge you a year upfront not monthly so thats the plus.

4th: they have lumen record so can check how many you used and how many credited. Various other platform doesnot have this .

J'ai découvert depuis peu ce générateur d'images gratuit et en suis entièrement satisfaite. Car j'étais en recherche de photos hyperréalistes sans Droit d'auteur. En effet, j'aime réaliser des peintures aux Pastels de Portraits, aussi bien animaliers qu'humains. Et pour cela, je me sers de photos comme modèles. Mais je perdais toujours énormément de temps à rechercher une photo Libres de droits, qui soit de bonne qualité et/ou composée comme je le souhaitais. Puis j'ai découvert cette plateforme qui a résolu tous mes soucis. Car en quelques lignes, je décris exactement ce que je souhaite et Piclumen me génère rapidement des images de portraits très réalistes, surtout pour les humains. Pour les portraits d'animaux, je m'en sers surtout pour créer des arrière-plans naturels car souvent les photos d'animaux sont prises dans des zoos. Fini le problème des Droits d'auteur et de la perte de temps à rechercher La photo qui me plaît ! De plus, je tiens à mentionner que l'équipe d'assistance est très réactive, à l'écoute et très compétente. J'ai eu un souci d'images qui ne s'affichaient plus, je les ai contactés par message pour leur soumettre mon souci. Et en moins de 24h, les conseillers m'ont aidé à trouver la solution (en fait, cela venait de la nouvelle mise à jour de mon antivirus). Nous avons échangé par mails (avec Captures d'écran) et ils m'ont expliqué et "montré" à l'aide de liens ce que je devais exactement faire.

As a free-tier AI image generator that provides commercial license, I must say the performance of PicLumen is top-notch. I enjoy this tool a lot as a microstock contributor. It can make really good realistic images as well as decent vector-style images. More power to PicLumen for providing such service for free-of-cost. Hope they will keep it free for a longer time.

O site é ótimo! Para quem precisa de imagens grátis e o melhor que é de muita qualidade . Têm prompts das imagens. Estilos para gerar imagens. Ótimo para redes sociais, estudos e trabalho. Além disso, posso gerar imagens no formato desejado: tiktok, Instagram, YouTube....

What needs improvement

I usually use Picflow model. Maybe the prompt adherence could be improved as it takes several tasks to achieve the results but it's not a big problem.

I tried a lot of other AI image generators. None came even close to what PicLumen offered. It was as if it knew exactly what I wanted. The entire experience was and will continue to be awesome. I created all my book covers with PicLumen and I'll continue to do so from now on. The people working for this company even asked if I have any suggestions - so great customer service there as well.
