I built Pick & Cook because one small problem kept happening over and over: people buy food, put it in the fridge or pantry, and then still do not know what to cook. Most cooking apps start from recipes. I wanted to start from real life instead — from the groceries you already have at home. That is why Pick & Cook is built around a simple flow: scan groceries → organize pantry → discover recipes → decide what to cook faster. While building it, I kept refining the product around one principle: reduce friction. Less searching, less forgetting ingredients, less wasted food, and less mental effort around daily meal decisions. We are still early, and I would really love feedback on a few things: 1.
