Physio is a web app created by 💜 Miquido - https://www.miquido.com/ as a response to the high demand for professional exercise plans and the problem of limited availability of physiotherapists. It gives the patient access to professionally crafted exercise sets, that can be done at home. Each exercise is clearly presented by simple-to-follow visual and written instructions. Thanks to Physio, physiotherapists can more easily prescribe exercises for their patients, which is quite difficult to do with merely a phone call. The web app's content was carefully crafted with the help of medical professionals.
