since Farcaster changed hands on Oct 15, people are spreading across clients. that’s healthy for the protocol, but it means you quietly lose touch with the folks you used to vibe with. they didn’t leave, they just post from a different app now.
phunk fixes that. type any Farcaster username (no sign-up) and you get:
🔁 reconnect: people you used to talk with who’ve gone quiet in your feed
🫂 circle: your people, and the app each of them posts from now
🌉 bridge: new folks your frens know that you don’t yet
🎛️ filter by app: see your feed from everyone, or hide one client
💸 money gun: tip someone in one tap (in the mini app)
📣 share with frens: cast your people card to Farcaster

it also runs as a Farcaster mini app, so you can use it without leaving your client.
under the hood: no Neynar, no indexer, no API key. phunk reads straight from a Snapchain node. it’s MIT open source with a Python client, a CLI and a tutorial, so you can run your own node in three commands and build your own client on top.
