The colors matched, but something essential was missing. The problem: presets describe a color grade, not a visual sensibility. They don't know that your favorite photographer lets the shadows go warm while keeping highlights cool. They don't know how saturation lives differently across tones. So I built Photo Style Unifier to capture that. Upload 3–8 reference photos. The app extracts what I call a "style signature" — zone-based tone shifts, hue-bucket chroma scaling, multi-scale light analysis — using perceptual Lab color space, not RGB.
