Phantom Blade Zero hides its save file in a custom PBZS v3 container and skips %LOCALAPPDATA% entirely, so players struggle to back up or edit progress. This site ships three verified starter saves (all weapons, max materials, 66 Days mode) plus a browser save editor: WebCrypto decrypts PBZSaveGame.sav, WebAssembly unpacks Oodle Kraken slots, and only changed values are rewritten. Nothing uploads, and it works offline. The exact Steam save path and backup-folder recovery guide are included.

We built this after players kept asking where Phantom Blade Zero actually stores its saves. The file is not in %LOCALAPPDATA% like every other UE5 game, and the PBZS v3 container is AES-encrypted with Oodle Kraken compression on top. We documented the whole format, shipped three starter saves (all weapons, max materials, and the 66 Days mode), and put the editor in the browser so nothing ever leaves your machine. Feedback welcome, especially on save round-trip fidelity across different Steam builds.
