PetSpa WhiteLabel is a working, ready-to-customize platform for pet grooming and spa businesses. It connects bookings, pet records, AI-assisted inventory, retail POS, staff workflows, tenant management, and private deployment.
The booking flow and pet records are surprisingly well connected, and I liked how staff scheduling ties into the same dashboard. Curious how customizable the POS actually gets on the white-label side.
The all-in-one setup sounds really solid for a grooming shop. One thing that would help owners a lot is a smart reminder system that texts the pet parent a photo of the dog after the groom, along with a one-tap rebooking link, since clients love seeing their freshly groomed pup and tend to book again on the spot.
Solid that the POS and booking flow share one pet record without me needing to glue them together. The tenant management layer looks surprisingly mature for a white-label.
