PetMySite replaces the ordinary launcher of your existing website chat with a playful, interactive pet. Keep Tawk.to, Intercom/Fin, Crisp or Zendesk — PetMySite changes the launcher, not your support workflow. Preview a pet on your own website before signing up, install it with one script, and track impressions, interactions and chat opens.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built PetMySite around a small observation: almost every website chat tool eventually becomes the same little bubble sitting in the bottom-right corner.
Intercom, Tawk.to, Crisp, Zendesk and others are already great at handling conversations. I didn't want to build another chatbot or support inbox.
I wanted to make the moment before the conversation starts more interesting.
So PetMySite replaces the normal chat launcher with a small interactive pet. But the pet isn't just a looping animation.
There’s a behavior engine behind every character that makes it feel a little bit alive; based on the persona and traits of a character.
The pet can idle quietly, blink, look around, get sleepy, wake up, peek into the page, notice your cursor, react when you hover or interact with it, get curious or excited, respond to unread messages where supported, celebrate, and transition naturally when your chat opens.
The idea is that it should feel less like clicking an icon and more like there’s a tiny character living in the corner of your website.
And importantly, your existing chat system stays exactly where it is.
PetMySite is just the interactive launcher layer on top.

The hypothesis we're testing is simple:
Can a playful, responsive character make website chat feel more inviting than the generic chat bubble?
We're deliberately not claiming it increases conversions yet.
I'd rather measure that across real websites and publish what we learn than turn an assumption into a marketing statistic before we have the data.
PetMySite is free to start, and Pro is $1/month if you want to remove our branding.
I'd especially love feedback on two things:
1. Would you put a little interactive character like this on your own site, or does it feel too playful?
2. Which chat integration or pet character should we build next?
Thanks for checking it out 🐾
And definitely try the website preview — seeing the pet react and come alive on your own site explains PetMySite much better than a screenshot can.
