Most benefits platforms charge a per-seat SaaS fee. Perkstation doesn't charge anyone. Our full rewards, recognition and retail-offers platform is genuinely free for employers and employees — funded by retail and benefits partners, not your budget. Optional paid add-ons (GP helpline, EAP, salary sacrifice) scale only when you want. Board here for better benefits.
I'm David, one of the founders of Perkstation.
We built Perkstation because employee benefits have a frustrating problem: the good stuff is almost always locked behind a per-seat SaaS fee. So the businesses that arguably need it most — SMEs, high-turnover teams, anyone watching their margins — end up offering their people nothing.
We wanted to fix that. So we made it free.
Not freemium. Not a trial. The full rewards, recognition and retail-offers platform is genuinely free for both employers and employees — funded through our retail and benefits partners rather than your budget.
That means a 50-person manufacturer can launch recognition, points, badges, eCards, milestone celebrations and exclusive retailer discounts on day one, with no upfront cost and no procurement headache.
If you want to go further, optional paid add-ons layer on top — a 24/7 GP helpline, an Employee Assistance Programme, and salary-sacrifice schemes like Cycle to Work and car leasing. But the core experience is never gated.
Since launching we've been lucky to work with teams like TIMCO, SYNETIQ, Fabulosa, The Ice Cream Farm and BeWILDerwood.
I'd genuinely love your thoughts — especially from anyone in HR or people ops. What's stopped you rolling out benefits in the past? Cost? Complexity? Something else? I'm here all day and reading every comment.
