I built PerilixAI because I kept seeing how frustrating the job search can be. You can spend hours applying to jobs, tailoring your resume, and doing everything you think you are supposed to do, only to get rejected without ever knowing why. That was the problem I wanted to solve. I wanted to create something that could give job seekers an answer to a simple question: If I apply to this job, why might I get rejected? While building PerilixAI, the idea evolved from simply analyzing whether a resume matched a job description into something much more useful. It now looks at your application from the perspective of an ATS, recruiter, and hiring manager, identifies the problems that could hurt your chances, and helps you fix them before you apply. The goal is simple. Instead of applying to hundreds of jobs and hoping something works, I want PerilixAI to help people understand what is actually holding them back and make their next application stronger.
