None of that felt acceptable. So we built the alternative. **Why free?** Performance reviews shouldn't be a budget line item. Small teams, bootstrapped startups, and growing companies deserve the same quality tooling as enterprises. Free forever means no surprises, no per-seat math, no expiring trials. **Why encryption?** Performance feedback is some of the most sensitive data in any organization. We built a zero-access architecture — your evaluation data is encrypted with your company's own key using AES-256-GCM + Argon2id. We cannot read it. Not us, not our team, not our infrastructure. Your passphrase never leaves your organization. **Why no reviewer accounts?** Review completion rates die when you add friction. Reviewers get a secure link, verify with a one-time code, and start. That's it. Do you calibrate scores after collection?

Raw 360 scores have bias baked in. A harsh manager drags down an entire team's numbers. A lenient peer inflates them. Post-evaluation calibration exists to fix this.
