We built Performise because we noticed a recurring disconnect in organizations everywhere: Management and Employees rarely agree on what problems actually matter. Leaders often fixate on issues they think are critical, while employees on the ground are frustrated by roadblocks that leadership is completely blind to. That alignment gap kills productivity. Performise is a web application designed to close that gap. It helps management and owners organize campaigns to gather feedback on specific organizational issues, group them intelligently using AI, and—most importantly—scientifically prioritize them using the BIBD (Balanced Incomplete Block Design) ranking method. 🚀 How It Works Create a Campaign: Management publishes a problem statement (e.g., "Why did we miss our Q4 shipping targets?"). Open Feedback: Employees submit their honest, open-ended feedback. AI Grouping: Our system automatically clusters hundreds of raw inputs into 9 distinct issue groups, saving you hours of manual sorting. Mutually Ranked: This is the magic sauce. Both management and employees rank these 9 groups. We use the BIBD method to ensure the ranking is statistically robust and fair, eliminating bias. 📊 The Result: The Performise Quadrant Instead of a boring list, you get a strategic 2x2 matrix (Y-axis: Management Priority, X-axis: Employee Priority) that tells you exactly where to focus: ⚪ The Snowball (Top-Right): High Priority for Both. These are your quick wins and critical fires. Since everyone agrees these are urgent, tackling them creates positive momentum (a snowball effect) for your culture and bottom line.
