Agentic HCM from first application to every workday

Peoplesage is an agentic HCM platform connecting recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll, performance and learning. It drafts roles, screens applicants, verifies skills and runs structured first-round interviews with Riya; while people keep the final say. Unlike point tools that lose context at the hiring handoff, Peoplesage carries verified candidate intelligence into the employee record, creating one source of truth from first application through every workday.

The problem we set out to solve was not that HR needed another dashboard. The real problem was fragmentation.
In most organizations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll, performance, learning and engagement operate through separate systems. Information is repeatedly entered, important context disappears between departments, and HR teams spend more time chasing updates than supporting people.
Founder Message
PeopleSage is built on a different model. It is an agentic HCM in which AI agents are assigned clear responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, while employees, managers and HR teams remain responsible for every consequential decision.
During recruitment, PeopleSage agents support job creation, application screening, candidate analysis, assessments, interview scheduling and skills verification. Skill Veracity compares what a candidate claims with evidence from assessments, practical tasks, interviews, portfolios and submitted work. Riya conducts a structured first-round interview and produces an explainable report for the hiring team. The AI organizes the evidence, but the hiring decision always belongs to people.
When a candidate is hired, PeopleSage does not discard that intelligence or recreate the person in another system. It converts the candidate profile into one continuous employee record and assigns a dedicated Workforce Agent to that employee.
This Workforce Agent acts as an operational coordinator for the employee record. It works with authorized company data, follows the organization’s policies and keeps everyday people-management activities organized and traceable.
Depending on the employee’s role and the organization’s configuration, the agent can:
Compare scheduled hours, attendance, leave, overtime and shift information, then flag missing or unusual entries before they affect payroll.
Follow agreed goals and KPIs throughout the performance cycle, prompt timely check-ins and prepare evidence-based summaries so reviews are not based only on recent memory.
Validate approved attendance, leave, allowances and deductions before payroll is finalized, bringing inconsistencies to the responsible person’s attention.
Identify gaps between role requirements and verified capabilities, recommend relevant learning and maintain a record of completed development activities.
Track documents, approvals, employee requests, probation milestones, performance reviews, training deadlines and policy acknowledgements.
Notify employees, managers or HR when an action is due, an exception needs attention or information is incomplete.
Maintain an organized history of actions, approvals and changes from recruitment through employment and eventual offboarding.
The purpose is not to secretly score employees or allow software to make employment decisions. Employees should be able to see the information relevant to them, understand why an alert or recommendation was produced and request correction where information is incomplete or inaccurate. Access is role-based, actions are logged and high-impact decisions remain under human authority.
We would genuinely value feedback from founders, HR leaders, managers and employees:
Which everyday workforce-management responsibility would you most want an AI agent to manage or prepare, provided that people retained visibility and final approval?
