How does the vet directory work in practice, are these vets paying to be listed or do you verify them independently, and does the passport actually sync with any clinic systems or is it all manual entry on my end?

I think that an important part is the guides and tips on how to take care of your dog/cat: who's responsible for it? Did someone from your team research the topic to make sure they were accurate and up-to-date, or did you collaborate with experts?
Is the vet directory searchable by specialty or just location, and does the passport actually sync with vet clinics so I do not have to re-enter vaccination dates by hand?
