Most tools run in the browser, so the file you open is not uploaded. There is no account and no watermark. Signature requests and shared download links are stored so the recipient can open them, then deleted after 7 days. A signature records the name entered, the time, and consent. It is for ordinary documents, not a qualified electronic signature.
