Merge, reorder PDFs without logins, or subscription traps

PDFNow was built after a friend got tricked by a “free” PDF tool that silently signed him up for an expensive subscription just to merge a few files. That didn’t sit right with me. So I built a simple alternative: No login, no ads, no subscriptions, no dark patterns. Just open, edit your PDF, and leave. PDFNow currently supports merging, splitting, and reordering pages with a clean, minimal UI and fast client-side processing. Your files never leave your browser.

Love the speed and ease of use. but how can you tell "Your files never leave your browser?"
@fahrvergnuegen
All processing happens client-side using libraries.
There is no upload, no file storage, and no server-side processing at all.
You can even check in DevTools -> Network you’ll only see static assets(fonts) and google analytics. The file bytes themselves never leave the browser.
@jeongmin_lee so pdf-lib is on client side? ok. great!
@fahrvergnuegen
Yes, exactly. I’m using pdfjs-dist entirely client-side.
Finally, a PDF tool that actually respects privacy! I've been hesitant to use online PDF converters because of data concerns. Quick question: does it handle large files smoothly, or is there a size limit?
@easytoolsdev
Thanks for the kind words!
PDFNow runs entirely in your browser, so performance depends on your device.
On most modern laptops, files up to ~100MB work smoothly.
Very large files (200MB+ or hundreds of pages) may slow down depending on your memory.
If you hit any issues with a specific file, feel free to let me know.
