Hi Product Hunt — I’m Oualid, the maker at Kastovia. PDF Duplicate Review is for reviewing a folder of PDFs before deciding which copies to keep. It gives byte-identical files and matching extracted-text candidates separate groups, because text can match while images, signatures, forms or annotations differ. Text candidates always need visual review.

The extension processes PDFs locally and exports groups, skips and errors as CSV. It never deletes, renames or rewrites the originals. The screenshot shows illustrative sample files, not customer documents.

The free version handles up to 10 PDFs per batch. Pro v1 is €49 once including tax for up to 250 PDFs per batch and up to three active browser installations, with an online licence check for Pro batches. File, page and processing limits still apply. No OCR or image comparison.
