Most PDF tools focus on single documents or formatting multiple files. PDF Compiler is different: it’s built for data handling across multiple documents, giving users full control without relying on complex templates. Key features: - Configurable Fields: dates, variables, selections, Excel-style formulas, references to account data, and more - Minimal Input: enter essential data once, then compile complete document packets in minutes - Data Link: updates to a field apply across all linked PDFs

PDF Compiler was built to eliminate repetitive PDF form filling. Applying the same data across multiple documents is tedious, error-prone, and wastes hours on conversions. With PDF Compiler, you configure your fields once. From there, everything is automated: dates are applied in the specified formats, formulas handle calculations (Excel-style), personal account data can be referenced, and you can use static text, variables, selections and more across documents. Once set up, users only enter the essential data in a simple interface. That data is then applied automatically to every document in the project. I’ve personally used it for tender documents and reduced workflows from hours to minutes. Demo page is available. Come try it.
