👋 Hi Product Hunt,
I'm Pooja, a developer — and I have PCOD.
When I was diagnosed, I did what a lot of us do: downloaded every period tracker I could find. Every one of them assumed a clean 28-day cycle. Mine has never been clean. On top of that, my lab reports lived in a folder of blurry photos, my symptoms lived in my head, and none of it was in one place. The tools weren't built for how PCOS actually works.
So I built the one I wanted.
PcodPal is what it looks like when someone who lives with PCOS builds the app instead of guessing:
🌸 Cycle & symptom tracking designed for irregular cycles, not a perfect 28 days
🩸 Lab reports — scan bloodwork by photo or PDF, and see your markers trend over time
🌱 Seed cycling, weight, medicines & daily logs in one place
🔒 Private by design — your data stays on your device by default; optional end-to-end encrypted backup
💬 A small, moderated community
It's free to start, with an optional Plus tier for labs, backup and advanced insights. Available on iPhone and Android, in 6 languages.
I'd genuinely love feedback — especially from anyone who's fought with tracking irregular cycles. What's missing? What would make this actually useful for you?

the seed cycling tracker sounds interesting, but it would be really helpful to add a food and mood logging feature too. being able to see if certain meals or stress levels line up with symptom flares would make the data way more actionable.
love that the seed cycling tracker sits right alongside symptoms and bloodwork trends instead of being tucked away, makes the whole daily routine feel cohesive honestly. also great move leading with privacy given how personal cycle data is
Love that the seed cycling tracker is built right into the cycle log instead of being a separate thing. Really thoughtful for something made by someone who actually lives with it.
The cycle and symptom tracking feels really thoughtful, especially for something built by someone who actually lives with it. The seed cycling log was a nice surprise, hadn't seen that detail elsewhere.
