PcodPal is a private, all-in-one app for living with PCOD/PCOS. Track irregular cycles, symptoms, weight and seed cycling, keep your lab reports and see bloodwork trends, get reminders — all on your phone. Built by a developer who has PCOS. Free to start.

Love seeing something built by someone who actually lives with PCOS — the seed cycling tracker is such a thoughtful touch. One thing I'd suggest: add an exportable PDF summary of symptoms, cycle data and lab trends so we can hand it straight to our gynae or endocrinologist without fumbling through screenshots.
@ozguncozle60211 Thank you so much! ❤️ The doctor-ready PDF export is actually already available. If you open the Period Tracker & Seed Tracker tile, you'll see a Share button at the top that exports a PDF. Each tracker has its own PDF export, which you can then share via email, WhatsApp, or any other app.
You can also sync your health data with Apple Health (and Apple Watch if you're using one). 😊
Thanks again for the suggestion—I'll definitely keep looking at ways to make doctor visits even easier.
the seed cycling tracker sounds interesting, but it would be really helpful to add a food and mood logging feature too. being able to see if certain meals or stress levels line up with symptom flares would make the data way more actionable.
@dogan56759 Thank you so much :)
love that the seed cycling tracker sits right alongside symptoms and bloodwork trends instead of being tucked away, makes the whole daily routine feel cohesive honestly. also great move leading with privacy given how personal cycle data is
@melahat70776 Thank you so much :)
Love that the seed cycling tracker is built right into the cycle log instead of being a separate thing. Really thoughtful for something made by someone who actually lives with it.
@emircanzkarygz Thank you so much :)
The cycle and symptom tracking feels really thoughtful, especially for something built by someone who actually lives with it. The seed cycling log was a nice surprise, hadn't seen that detail elsewhere.
@denizx3bd Thank you so much :)
