Does Paycheck cater to international markets or is it focused solely on the U.S.?
@rock_rr Paycheck started with a major focus on the Indian market, where salary data is especially scattered and mostly unreliable. But we’ve been getting interest from teams globally, and we're now actively working on expanding to international markets, starting with roles and cities where demand is highest.

I love the concept. Does Paycheck work directly with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Lever?
@liam_ward2 Thanks a lot. Right now, Paycheck works as a standalone tool, but we’ve heard from a few teams already who’d love to see it integrate with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, and Zoho Recruit, so it’s definitely on our roadmap.

Right now, Paycheck is primarily built for internal hiring teams and recruiters, to help them make faster, fairer, and more competitive offers. But yeah we’ve seen strong interest from job seekers especially who want to understand what roles are worth in different cities and we're actively working to unify both sides of the hiring equation, helping employers offer better, and candidates negotiate smarter, all backed by data.
