I built PauseHer for women who feel stuck in the loop of opening social apps without even meaning to. A lot of screen time tools tell you the damage after it already happened. I wanted to focus on that tiny moment before the scroll starts. So PauseHer adds a small pause right when the habit kicks in. The goal is not punishment. It’s to help people catch the pattern in real time and reset before losing time again. Still learning a lot about making that friction feel helpful instead of annoying, but that was the core idea from the start.
