Hey everyone!

We’re thrilled to share the latest version of Paste — a major design milestone for our clipboard manager.

With this release, we’ve reimagined the entire interface with Liquid Glass, smooth transitions, and refined responsiveness — so your clipboard now feels fluid, clear, and instantly familiar across Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

We’ve built Paste to move in step with OS 26, making sure it feels right at home in the 26 family while staying true to what our users love: clarity, speed, and effortless organization.

We’d love for you to try it out and share your thoughts in the comments. Your feedback continues to shape the way we build Paste.

Huge thanks to @chrismessina for hunting us again and supporting us on this journey!

How much "memory" does paste have (i.e how far back can I go spelunking for things I put in my clipboard?). Sometimes I find myself looking for things from over a week ago and would love to see if Paste would help here

Alexandra Protsenko

@ryan_echternacht Great question! Paste gives you full control over how much history you keep. You can set your own limit if you prefer to keep things light, or go all the way to unlimited and have every item you’ve copied neatly saved — even if it’s from weeks, months, or years ago :)

ryan echternacht

@protsenkoalexandra Sweet. I'll check it out!

Dmitry Obukhov

@ryan_echternacht you can set the limit from 1 day to unlimited.

I'm a huge fan of paste. I discovered back in V.1 and don't know how I'd function without it. I've searched for things I've copied over a week prior on more than a few occasions. Congrats on V.6. I look forward to seeing what the future brings. 👊🏼

Alexandra Protsenko

@mrpaulc thank you so much! and thank you for being with us all this time!

Wayne

Great! I am impressed by the limitless clipboard, copy history, cross-end synchronization, classification, sharing copy content with teams, etc. This is a game-chager product!

Alexandra Protsenko
@wayne_appgrowing thank you 🙏

I can already see this becoming a daily tool for me. Does Paste support team collaboration, like sharing snippets? Congrats on the launch, wishing you great success!

Alexandra Protsenko
@jason123 So glad to hear that! Yes, we actually launched collaboration via Shared Pinboards a bit earlier this year. For example, you can collect frequently used team items in one shared pinboard and keep everything organized together
Dmitry Obukhov

@jason123 it does! We collected most common use cases in this blog post https://pasteapp.io/blog/collaborative-clipboard

Also, we offer a Team Plan and volume discounts.
