I am having difficulties in being able to have certain conversations, where (a) there are a lot of circular conversations, or (b) we get caught up arguing over the messenger than discussing the message.
Conversations can become emotional. Many words are said but no problem statements or proposals are shared. Listeners feel like speakers are self-promoting even when it isn't the case. Less extroverted people don't feel like they have the room to speak up.

A small idea from a curious user: add a quick post-chat summary that shows who spoke the most and any moments that got flagged, so people can reflect and balance the conversation next time. Would love to see that kind of lightweight feedback loop built in.

Really like the timed handoffs concept, it actually made a usually quiet friend speak up in our group chat. Could use a way to mute the structure when conversations get more casual though.

the structured prompts really do push you to slow down and actually listen instead of just waiting to talk
