Group scheduling made fun—for parties and hangouts

Party Planner helps gaming groups schedule sessions without the endless back-and-forth. Create a party, propose one or more session times, and send a simple RSVP link to your friends. Guests can respond in seconds — no account required — and everyone stays in sync with calendar invites (iCal). We plan for reminder and optional Discord notifications. Built for raids, co-op nights, tabletop campaigns, and any group that just wants to lock in a date and play.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m the maker of Party Planner 🎮

I built this for a very specific problem: our group chat would explode with “when can everyone play?”… and somehow we’d still never lock in a date.

Party Planner keeps it simple:

  • Make a party + pick a session time

  • Share an invite/RSVP link

  • Friends can RSVP right away — no signup needed

  • If someone joins via a party invite, they immediately get a member spot (so they can RSVP to member-only sessions too)

  • Later, if they decide to create an account, they can claim that membership and properly join the party

If you try it, I’d genuinely love your thoughts:

  1. What would make this a “must-have” for your group?

  2. What’s the hardest part of scheduling for you?

  3. What feature should I build next?

  4. Anything confusing or annoying in the invite → RSVP → calendar flow?

Thanks for checking it out! I’ll be hanging around in the comments all day 🙌
