Awesome team, and innovative product that solves a real problem. Provides a fresh perspective for product developers and customers alike.
Cons:
Customers may feel so empowered with Parlor that they believe they own the direction of your product.

I love Parlor! They've made it super easy to get involved with customer and market research, something that isn't easy to do if you've never had to negotiate that space before. Their team is responsive and friendly, and I love how easy the app is to use and to integrate into my product. They need more options for research and analytics, but I understand they're adding more in the next couple of months. Definitely worth the money.

What a great idea. Turn users into sparring-partners. A way to send product-ideas out to the crowd before committing lots of capital. Often, your clients can tell you about surprising new ways to use your product.
Website looks awesome. Slack and Teams, move over, with Parlor you get a direct way to interact with clients.
