I really love it. Brazil is a really hard country to get products. But people here don't trust other people sending products like that. How do you avoid the man in the middle from stealing it?
@aleattorium Jean, thank you. Yes, shipping limitations were the reason behind the idea. We believe that people all over the world should enjoy special offers and deals from the stores. And thank you for your question, because that was a real challenge for us to make parcl secure. First of all, we ask all our community members to upload scans of their ID (any ID is ok). The ID is kept private, no one except our moderators see it, this tells us that the person has nothing to hide and is open for communication. Second, if there is a dispute our moderators look into it, investigate the details of delivery, and decide whether the refund is needed. And if someone behaves dishonestly, their account will be blocked. Of course, we are constantly working on improving security and usability of our service.
Looks great. There are a lot of companies who don't ship to Israel and in Israel such products are much more expensive. I'm trying to find info about cost, estimates. How I know, what is the "forwarder" fee?
@volodarik Thanks, Aleksandr! First of all you can have a look at forwarder's profile, there you will find average shipping costs. But it is better to post your request, and see what forwarders will offer because all the rates are very individual. Moreover, you can negotiate the price with the forwarder later on.

Is the product available for all countries? In particular Israel? Gonna try it out this week if that's the case! Good luck! Looks great!
@stefamini Stefanie, thanks a lot for your kind words! Yes, of course, the main idea of the service is to make international shopping truly border-free for shoppers in any country. Try it, hope you like it)
This looks great. Could definitely use this :) One question: I checked the FAQ and it does not get into too much detail when it comes to fraud. What happens with the money for either side of the table if there is a dispute?
@malteraff Thanks for your kind words and question) A very good question by the way. We have a list of possible scenarios, and in case there is a dispute the deal is investigated by our moderators, this way we are trying to minimize the risk of negative experience. Of course, I can't say that everyone is protected against fraud, there is always a chance to become a victim of a dishonest person. However, to make our service more trustworthy and secure we're asking all our users to upload scans of their ID.
I used to have this problem a lot in Australia with US shipping, but it has improved a lot. The biggest problem currently is where you have free shipping inside of the US but if I want to get something here it is stupidly expensive to ship overseas. (I'm looking at you zboard)
@evilspyboy Andrew, thanks, yes, exactly..Unfortunately, major carriers' pricing is something that we can't influence. By the way when filling in the shipping methods details forwarders at parcl have an option - they can either choose from the list including world leading carriers, or they can add their own preferable shipping method.
@irinaakuzmina something to share then, I was in NY once and had a parcel which was 30cm square and weighed maybe 500grams. I went to 5 carriers, my options were all delivery in less than a week (at most) and cost was $200-400. There were no slower options or cheaper ones. Only premium/top tier courier options they offered for overseas.
The contents of the box were maybe $80 of stuff, I went to your post office and sent it there for $20 and delivery in a few weeks.
@evilspyboy Andrew, thanks for sharing your experience. When I was in the UK and needed to send my package to Russia, one major carrier offered something like 300 GBP..I almost fainted..Then I went to the post office and they offered much more reasonable fee. I really hope that our forwarders will also search for the best shipping conditions.
Great timing, considering all the new phones that have been announced, I'm sure tons of Europeans/Canadians will want to use this to pay the American prices for the Nexus 5X/6P, rather than their outrageous markups.
