Having taken over the family's business following the death of the patriarch, I am intimately familiar with the challenges facing a sudden unexpected turn of events. Parachute360 would have addressed virtually all of my needs had it been in existence at the time of my father-in-laws passing. I personally spent hundreds of hours learning about his business, meeting with employees, vendors, customers, lawyers, accountants, bankers, etc. all on an "emergency basis". Little information was readily available and the very real possibility of millions of dollars in value being lost appeared to be the likely outcome. Parachute360 helps organize a business owners critical operating information to allow for a much more seamless transition in the event of a catastrophic incident.
