Over the years as a network/security engineer and architect (and working in all manner of enterprise, telco, startup, and system integrators) I kept running headlong in to users and engineers who didn't really know how to troubleshoot their laptops (especially the network and WiFi connectivity). So, after different scripts, previous web app pivots and prototypes, I finally decided to build a more robust and scalable tool for network and IT teams to troubleshoot user issues (irrespective of the location or time of issue). Conditions change (and especially so in the WLAN airspace) so PanSift addresses this also and even makes WiFi channel suggestions too! It's freemium and diagnoses a range of issues remotely to expedite resolution. I started with a Mac agent and would love to get some more beta users who are willing to provide any feedback on usability and utility. You can even just try the one click web demo!
