Hey PH-fam 😻 Today we’re launching MarketerGrad. We’ve built an incredible network of fractional marketers and designers; and built an AI to provide personalized recommendations on who you should talk with. Storytime 👇 When we went through YC - we were focused on helping college students freelance. During the Pandemic we saw a lot of growth (expanding to over 1,800 campuses!) Over time - they graduated, moved to new cities, got jobs etc. And then something extraordinary happened - they started coming back! Folks 3,4,5 years out of school who now had experience wanted to take on fractional work. And most of them were incredible marketers and designers who now had experience in B2C, B2B, agencies, marketplaces you name it. So we decided to pivot (again) - to focus on helping connect companies with experienced marketing and design professionals Many companies don’t need full-time marketing/designer help, and they also don’t have the time to continually outsource piecemeal project work So we connect them with experienced talent who can help them continuously, and fractionally. We wanted to build an experience that would help companies get a sense of the talent within 30 seconds (and ultimately schedule a call) - so we built MarketerGrad. An AI that instantly connects pre-vetted marketing and design professionals. We’ve had about 100 companies use it so far and make numerous iterations - and now we’re excited to take the next step and launch it publicly!

Upvoted! The promise of instant profile reviews is pretty intriguing. 🚀👨‍💼 Curious though, how 'instant' are we talking? And what's the vetting process for these marketers? Always a bit skeptical about quality when AI matchmaking is involved, but I'm hopeful. Cheers for this!

Congrats on the launch! Remote marketing talent is definitely a big need right now. Maybe consider describing what “fractional talent” means on your landing page. I had to google that one.

Hey y'all! We've taken a lot of feedback from everyone in the community and are excited to announce our launch of MarketerGrad! In keeping up with the times and AI, we wondered how can we leverage AI to make our product better? We've found there was friction in two main areas: Talent onboarding and matching the right people with the right opportunities. On behalf of a suggestion from someone who commented here, we decided to use AI and automation to make creating a profile on our platform super easy, including using the professional info you've already filled out on LinkedIn. We also narrowed our focus in helping companies find great remote marketers and designers to help with content creation, marketing strategy, email marketing, graphic design, and ui/ux design.
