I built PageFreak out of genuine frustration. After 10+ years building websites, I kept seeing small businesses overcharged, overwhelmed, and underdelivered. The fixed seven day turnaround is appealing but a bit of built in flexibility would help, like an option to request a second revision round after launch or a small maintenance credit. Even just one hour of post launch tweaks makes a difference for small businesses that discover copy or layout issues after going live.
