Customer research for Product Managers

Research into customer value drivers is what has made our product management team so successful. Knowing that many PMs don't have readily-available researchers, we are excited to launch Pæple for Product Managers: develop your product with confidence.

We used Pæple to help us design our latest consumer product and we see the propriety insights that we gained as a competitive edge.

Looks very interesting, and congrats! Is this a service you can also offer remotely? Or is it a requirement for research to be undertaken face to face?
Tom Uhlhorn
@al_pryor good question, it's all remotely done and can do research anywhere in the world with a basic internet connection and a phone. The team is based in Australia and can speak English, Spanish, German, Serbian, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

How will you ensure that research is of high quality ?
Tom Uhlhorn
@hammad_akbar it's in the repertory grid process we use. We have been doing it for 4 years and achieved consistently reliable results. We test random samples of the insights we have generated through quant to ensure that our validity remains 100%

We have been using the process behind Pæple at Tiny CX for years, now, to fantastic results. We are very excited to be launching Pæple, as our research showed that PMs and HCDs are in real need of support when it comes to reliable customer and user research. Pæple is a cost-effective customer research service that provides you with insights into your customer's value drivers when it comes to engaging in your product or service. The service doesn't just provide the insights, but helps you apply them to your product roadmap. The insights can also be used to inform your marketing and communications strategy and generally remain relevant for many years (it depends on the industry you're in). Perfect for identifying market trends, enrichment of customer personas, and helping Product Managers create effective and efficient product roadmaps.
