I built PactMe because I'd open a short video app "for 5 minutes" and look up an hour later, still scrolling. The fix: decide how long before you open it. Every time you open an app you picked, PactMe asks "How long this time?" You pick 5, 10, 15 minutes. When time's up, it reminds you or walks you out. A cooldown starts. Stay out = kept your word. Open again = broke it. End of the week, you see your kept rate.
