Big fan of this — offline caching is such a real pain point for CI and classroom setups. One thing that would push it further for me: built-in deduplication and integrity verification across multiple projects, maybe with a simple CLI flag to scan the cache and flag stale or corrupted packages. Would make it way safer to share vaults between repos without worrying about drift.
