PackitUp

Hello Hunters! Yesterday we launched our mobile app PackitUp on iOS and Android! It is a social network for travelers where you can find and create trips on a map-based interface in order to find travel buddies and like-minded people. About a year ago Amalie and I started to work on this project with the idea in mind to create an app for travelers (or locals) that connects you through trips and actually going places together. Having a map as the main interface was one of our starting points and together with the idea to find travel mates by creating trips, this is what we have come up with. With PackitUp you can see trips in the area around you or all over the world and of course create your own trip and have others contact you. In combination with user profiles and a messenger we hope to have created something backpackers and travelers might like and use.
