Hey everyone, I built PaceOut around a fairly simple idea: screen time is easier to understand when the boundary is visible before it arrives. Parents set the daily allowance, broad categories, bedtime and warnings. The child gets a simple pace ring showing what is left and a warning before time runs out. One decision I was quite deliberate about was not turning it into another surveillance app. It uses Apple's Family Controls framework, and exact app selections stay on the child's device. The core version is free for one child. Premium adds things like multiple children, remote pause/add time, history and scheduled pauses.
