We built P2PAgri because too many Australian farmers were running their business on the back of a napkin, or worse, a spreadsheet they hadn't updated since 2019. Farm financial planning shouldn't require an accounting degree. P2PAgri lets farmers model different scenarios (what if wool prices drop 20%? what if we buy that block next door?), track cash flow against budgets in real time via Xero integration, and plan up to 5 years ahead. We've been working with farmers and farm consultants across Australia for years through the Plan to Profit program, and P2PAgri is what came out of listening to what they actually needed.
