Overhaul

Hi guys, it is my first time launching on Product Hunt and I would appreciate your feedback on this if you happen to sign up for this programme. When we first started entrepreneurship at 15, very little students around our age was down to start such venture. Even now at 20, while there are more people, it is hard to vibe with people who got into this venture with the passion of building to solve problems instead of money. We started Overhaul because we saw lesser and lesser people in Singaporean Schools. In a perfectionist culture of Singapore and in regions of Southeast Asia where taking risk is seen as irrational, we want to spread the culture of building cool sh#t together. Batch S1 saw 20 signups and 14 participants into the programme. As the validation batch, we had to resolve conflicts with trainers and participant, how to reduce drop out rate and attendance rate. Batch S2 this time will be a hybrid programme catered for tech participants. Anyone in the tech space with a built product is welcomed to join, where get-togethers will be 100% virtual until demo day. Where S1's curriculum was too 'school-like' and long-winded, S2 will be no-BS experiment-based approach.
