Ourora Connect is a private space built for two people in a relationship. It brings together secure messaging, calls, shared memories, meaningful conversation spaces, widgets, countdowns, nudges, and postcards; without feeds, followers, public discovery, or noisy social pressure. Built especially for long-distance and committed couples, Ourora helps you feel close, preserve your story, and create small everyday moments together.

👋 Hello Makers and Hunters,
We’re Sanay and Gargi, co-founders of Ourora.
We built Ourora Connect from a problem we felt personally. We’ve spent 8+ years in a long-distance relationship, so a lot of our relationship lived on a phone. Over time, we noticed something: the most important parts of a relationship were scattered across tools that were never really designed for two people.
Messaging apps are built for speed and groups.
Social apps are built for attention.
Photo apps are built for storage.
But couples need context, privacy, continuity, and a space that feels like theirs.
That’s why we built Ourora Connect: a private home for couples.
With Ourora Connect, couples can:
talk through Whispers, our secure everyday chat
save shared moments into curated Memories
use Topics for conversations that deserve their own space
stay close through Echos: Countdowns, Nudges, and Postcards
keep their relationship away from feeds, followers, and public discovery
We first tested the idea with a very simple prototype and 20 couples. It wasn’t polished, but it showed us something important: couples don’t just want more features. They want one private place that feels like theirs.
That early signal pushed us to build Ourora Connect properly.
🚀 Today, Ourora Connect is officially available for couples on both iOS and Android.
Our bigger vision is to build the default private digital space for couples; not another social network, not a utility tracker, and not just another messenger. A trusted relationship space where daily interactions can become shared history.
We’d love your feedback:
Would you and your partner use a separate private space for your relationship?
Which part feels most valuable: Whispers, Memories, Topics, Echos, or something else?
What would make you trust a couples app?
Thank you for checking us out. We’re excited to hear your thoughts and build this carefully.
