Interesting concept, but holy crap what a challenge. Getting a permit to become a distiller is no joke, especially the difficulties dealing with and navigating different local gov'ts. Hope it works out but wouldn't wish that headache on anyone.
They put up the capital for equipment/space and let local entrepreneurs run the company getting 20% equity stake. I think its a cool idea but logistically challenging.
