Every HR tool I tried gave me a dashboard and left the actual work to me. Screening still meant reading every CV. Payroll still meant a spreadsheet. Onboarding still meant chasing paperwork across four tools.
Otto HR takes the other approach: the agent does the work, and waits for you to approve it. Otto screens and shortlists applicants, drafts your policies, prepares payroll, and tracks time off and attendance — then hands each one to you as a decision, not a task. Nothing consequential happens without a human saying yes.
We built it Türkiye-first, because that's where the compliance is hardest: KVKK notices and consent, SGK işe giriş/çıkış filings straight from the employee profile, TSS tracked against real headcount. Then made the whole thing bilingual EN/TR and GDPR-aligned.
