It's a really powerfull product to use, whether uou are building a POC of a full production ready chatbot. You'll see that the development time to go from an idea to a working protoype is measured in days when using Oswald, compared to weeks/months when using other cloud based chatbot platforms.

Cons:UI is English only
Over the past year Oswald has grown tremendously and an incredible number of handy features, both big and small, have been implemented.
Pros:Convenient UI, multi-language support, hardly a learning curve, documentation available, unique features (human takeover, emoji support)
