Adding an online booking calendar where you can see real-time technician availability and pick a two-hour window would make scheduling way easier than calling back and forth, especially for AC issues that can't wait.

Adding a real-time booking tracker with the technician's location and ETA on a map would be a huge help, especially during peak summer when AC issues can't wait around for unclear arrival windows.
